Cross-border Logistics and Transportation Policy

I. Carrier Selection

Our partnered reputable international logistics carriers are FedEx and UPS. The system will automatically assign a logistics channel after an order is placed. If you require a specific carrier, please contact our online customer service to specify your preference.

II. Transit Time

1. Standard Transit Time: 7-10 calendar days. This is an estimated time and does not include customs clearance and inspection at the destination.

2. Explanation of Delays: In the event of random customs inspections, local public holidays, extreme weather, or overseas warehouse overload, the transit time will be extended accordingly. Our company will not be liable for compensation for delays caused by these reasons.

III. Shipping Rules

1. Shipping Time: After order payment is completed and the receiving information is verified, packaging, pickup, and dispatch will be completed within 1-3 business days.

2. Tracking Number: Once the goods are officially picked up by the carrier, the system will update the international logistics tracking number simultaneously. Customers can check the package's transportation trajectory online in real time.

3. Recipient Address Requirements: Customers must provide a complete and accurate recipient address, recipient's name, and valid contact number. All costs incurred due to incorrect address or unreachable phone number resulting in package return or loss will be borne by the customer.

IV. Customs Duties and Clearance Information

1. Import duties, customs clearance fees, and other related costs incurred in the destination country will be borne entirely by the recipient.

2. Our store will strictly adhere to the customs regulations of each country and truthfully declare the goods information. 3. If a customer requests an underreporting or concealment of the value of goods, all losses resulting from customs detention, fines, confiscation, etc., shall be borne by the customer.

4. If customs inspection and detention are caused by our product itself, preventing normal delivery, the customer may apply for a full refund, and the incurred logistics costs will be borne by our store.

V. Rules for Handling Damaged or Lost Packages

1. Lost Package Compensation: If the package's logistics tracking has not been updated for more than 20 consecutive days, it can be considered a lost package, and the customer can apply for full compensation based on the logistics record.

2. Damaged Package Handling: When signing for the package, the recipient should open and inspect the goods on the spot. If the outer packaging or internal contents are damaged, photos should be taken on-site as evidence, and the package should be refused immediately. Contact customer service immediately to assist in initiating a claim with the carrier. Compensation applications will not be accepted if the package is signed for normally and damage is reported later.

VI. Product Quality After-Sales Policy

1. After the customer signs for the package, if it is verified that the product has quality defects, workmanship flaws, or functional abnormalities (non-human-caused quality issues), clear photos or video evidence can be provided to apply for a full refund without returning the product.

2. Damage to the product caused by improper use or unauthorized disassembly/modification is not covered by the quality after-sales compensation policy.

VII. Package Return Policy

1. If the package is returned to China due to the recipient's unjustified refusal to accept the package, inability to contact the recipient, customs clearance failure, or other customer-related reasons, all costs, including round-trip international shipping and customs clearance fines, will be borne by the customer. The customer can choose to resend the package or apply for a refund of the remaining amount after deducting the incurred logistics costs.

2. If the package is forcibly returned by customs due to product quality issues or reasons attributable to us, the customer can apply for a full refund, and the round-trip logistics costs will be borne by our store.

VIII. Supplementary Policy Notes

1. This shipping policy applies to all orders choosing FedEx or UPS logistics channels;

2. This store reserves the right to adjust the shipping policy according to international logistics market conditions. Updated policies will be posted in the store and will take effect immediately upon posting.
